Kofi Jantuah sparred Oscar in 2002. So much has happened since then so we can't base anything off that. This episode only reassured me that Oscar is gonna win this fight. Many people say Floyd has the speed but Oscar isn't a turtle either. By the way he is training and the way he is focused and all about the fight you can tell he is gonna give it his all and even if he is down he won't quit. This looks like a new Oscar. Lets hope we see this in the ring too!

With the headgear, cuts aren't very likely. Bloody noses and busted lips, of course. But did you see how much blood was on Floyd's shirt?

I think they might have stretched it a little....or alot.

i don't know, but the new sparring partner looked like he got hi sass kicked badly. he wasn't cut it looked like but i'm sure he nose was busted and maybe his mouth was. i think floyd goes all out during sparring sessions. and, let's not forget he spars 10-15 minute rounds a lot during his sparring sessions also. i think i can safely say floyd is more than ready for this fight, and de la hoya appears to be ready himself. on that note, floyd will punish oscar de la hoya, trust me, i have a hunch about these things when it comes to floyd. he gets in this zone, just watch in the 3rd and 4th round of the fight, how his eyes look, trust me, this is when oscar will be pushed to the limit. can he handle it? maybe, maybe not. we'll see. if oscar appears that he cannot handle it, the fight is over early even if goes 12 rounds. floyd will kill oscar in the ring, and oscar is by fay no slouch. he is an all time great fighter, but he is no where near floyd's speed and and precision. just watch in depth the 3rd and 4th rounds.

In the beginning I thought Floyd would win easily, but from watching these episodes Oscar seems very focused and willing to give it his all to pull out a win. Him and Freddie Roach seem to be working well together and Oscar looks like he is in great condition. With that said I still feel Floyd is going to win by a close UD. It may seem like he has some turmoil between his family members, but I think he is used to that and it really won't make a difference.
