You know why people hate stoppages like this? It's because it leaves a big question mark on what could of happened if anything could of happened. It doesn't just hurt Alain Hernandez but it hurts Vernon Paris's cred. Plus, these boxers who praise god and thank god and all this **** after they get a win on their record really piss me off. So, I have a vendetta against Vernon now. Leave religion out of boxing, leave god out of boxing. I don't think god would approve of such a sport where you beat the **** out of each other for money. I hate how these ******ed boxers get in the ring and thank god for the win on camera.

I dont think Paris was at any moment hurt. Personally, I thought he had a nice flow to his fighting style, although he wasnt workign it perfectly and was leaving himself open from time to time. he didnt have perfect accurancy, but he was landing plenty of punches...
and hes only 18! so he has a lot of time to improve. lots of amateur experience too from the sound of it. I aint gonna be rating him or anything, but he ought to be someone to keep an eye on.
I thought the stoppage was bad too.
See you guys just watch boxing you dont seem to analyze it nor do i think you participate in it, Paris looked VERY good yesterday his Ring generalship was great, his defense very constant, and when he decided to turn it on he looked like more then just a prospect.... despite his lackluster and hardly there jab the kid is goin places and OBVIOUSLY was in there for rounds yesterday night more then for a TKO_KO, the stoppage while questionable just put a short-end to a decision that was bownd to be Paris's.........Comment
