            I would say his third fight with Jake Lamotta. Purely because when he lost to Lamotta he fought somebody else a little over a week later and then fought Lamotta a month later and beat him. Thats definitely something you wouldn't see from any elite fighter today.

              thats because the promoters don't want any fighter fighting/winning more than 70 fights. back then you'd have a match every month or 2. now fights are 3 months sometimes 4 or 5 months.
