once again, then why is he regarded as the best fighter in th esport today at any weight p4p by many boxing experts that are actually around the sport. even de la hoya, mosely, hopkins, roy jones, and lewis regard floyd as the best boxer in the sport today. that's saying something seeing how you believe his level of opposition isn't great. it has to be great in some form for him to have these accolades huh? and, why is he always a favorite against any opponent, even oscar. i'm sure he'd be a favorite against hatton, cotto, mosley, paul williams, and anybody else he fought. this is because he is so skillfil, that he could have fought bums his whole career and still be the top dog in the sport, he's that good. now, that's greatness for you.

my point was, many people feel that floyd mayweather's resume isn't good enough for him to be considered a great, but yet, for some strange reason, he has been considered the best fighter in boxing for years now, and he woul dbe a betting favorite against anybody he fought because of his skill level. i just used oscar as an example because many people believe that this is floyd's 1st tru test in boxing, and, floyd is moving up, wearing gloves that oscar demands, fighting in a smaller ring, and having to make the right weight in a specific time period, yet, floyd is still the favorite to win, even though oscar has been at 154 longer and should more comfortable at that weight than floyd is. yet, floyd is still the favorite. oscar has more power, more experience, and can pressure well, yet, floyd is the favorite. my point is no matter how big, strong, and powerful an opponent is compared to floyd, he will still be the favorite because of how skillful he is. that was my point. he could fight sharmba mitchell or shane mosley, and he would still be the favorite against any 1 of them. it doesn't matter.

Well PBF is No1 in the world. And Mosely has been around for years and years.
When i think of Mosely i think of a guy whos had better days, but is still good and capable of testing PBF, and beating him. BUt i dont know if he'd be fave.
