Kessler should take 60% for Calzaghe and 40% for himself. I think that would be fair. If he were to win then he would have even bigger paydays on the horizon.

Palle has said all along he wants 50%. If he starts going back on it publicly he'd only make his bargaining possition worse. Negotions wont be done through the media anyway if they are to make any progress. So of course you'll see Palle publicly insisting - to the very end - that he'll accept nothing less than 50%. Even though he'll likely go down a bit behind closed doors. Don't think he'll go down as much as Warren wants though. So the fight is still a long way from being made. I do think theyre supposed to meat for face-to-face talks sometime next week. So you never know.

By the way is this some new info you got?
Just yesterday i heard Palle quoted proposing a 60-40 split for the winner - UK fight. With Calzaghe's boasting last few days of how easy he'd beat Kessler, it sounds like a good offer.
