bcoz your bones adapt and when they recover they get harder.. there was a video that showed the science of how to break cement blocks, and how your bones adapt..

I dont think that you understand how breakages work. Some footballers can take huge boots to the leg and it not break their bones, then all of a sudden they land funny and the bone is smashed to bits. Its just bad luck.

      Also...why are you punching walls?

Thats right, Calzaghe (who has a history of hand problems) is merely getting very early excuses ready in case he loses a boxing match.

      You worry me.

Sure. Because you only get injuries from fighting unworthy opponents.

Why should he when he keeps winning in spite of his terribly injury background? He could punch out God.

I've seen that video. So, if that videos right... Why hasn't Calzaghes bones adapted? LoL, he's my boy though. Floyd Mayweather supposenly breaks his hands aswell... Whats up with faster fighters breaking their hands so easily?

If floyd breaks his hands against oscar. He's ****ed, btw I don't even think he needs to break his hands to lose. I think Oscar's the smarter fighter and he'll overcome floyds defense and make the pretty boy bleed.

No he couldn't. Calzaghe by wiiiiiide UD though.

You have to admire Calzaghe for his ability to be P4P despite breaking his hands even during fights. To beat the likes of Reid (when he was world class) one-handed is something very few could do.
