Do they have a very dangerous and difficult job? Of course.

Do they bring in the fans to make crazy PPV money and gate/casino money? Yes (especially Oscar).

Do other fighters work extremely hard and end up getting paid like $2000 for a 10 round fight in some obscure fight? Happens all the time.

They work hard and put themselves at risk but so do unknown guys that many fans like to call "bums".
i def. agree specially new guys, im sure the wrok very hard and get paid maybe 1 or 2 % maybe less than what pbf and dlh are making, but these guys been around since amateurs, is figure that you have to earn.....
and i think a fight like this it only comes once a generation......a great mega fight going to the history books

I'm fiending for this fight but you're taking it out of proportion.

It's debatable on whether or not this is even bigger than De La Hoya-Trinidad, which was two prime undefeated champions in a unification bout, both on the p4p rankings, in addition to being a huge event. In the 90s you also had Chavez-Whitaker, in addition to heavyweight mega bouts like the Tyson fights. Then in this decade you had Oscar in huge events against Vargas and Hopkins, as well as Lewis-Tyson, the all-time highest grossing PPV fight.

true of course there has been big fights over the last decade....but with the hype and the background of each fighter, and of course the hype and the series that i has never been done and it took pbf and dlh to do it
