Should Fights Be Scored Based on CompuBox Stats?

who exactly counts for Compubox? I mean...do they just get random people for it or what? People make mistakes all the time.

Compubox is very inaccurate, often does not tell the tale of the fight, and simply should not ever be used in scoring fights.
Theyre just something pretty to look at after the round is over and after you already scored the round.

i don't think that it should be solely relied upon in the scoring but maybe it could be used in some sort of the scoring of a round. compubox isnt the most accurate system, it is all counted by people, so it's not a 100%, and also it doesn't take into account the power behind the punch and the damage done or lack of damage. not to mention there are a few categories where the punches are broken down into, jabs, head shots, power shots, body shots, how many thrown, how many landed; this is a lot of info for a judge to be looking at between rounds with only a minute to do so, not to mention that the numbers might not reflect on exactly what happened in the round.

it's a tough one but i think in the final tallying of the scores it ought to be taken into consideration to some extent.

but what is the most important in the scoring of fights is competent judges and judges that aren't corrupt. the sooner there is a national organization to police the judges and put them under strict guidelines and scrutiny the sooner we get fights judged correctly and with competence.
