My man Peter Buckley is hot and his heels and will catch him though...

241 losses and counting....He's fought everyone from Prince Naseem to Acelino Freitas. To the poster that says guys like this are a joke needs to have a rethink. I dont know about Strickland but Buckley never gets stopped - he took Nas the distance - and he teaches a kid on the way up a lot. Fighters like this are the backbone of the sport.

When you come up 7 or 8 years in the amatuers with many many fights, weeks months and years spent learning the game before going pro it normally will mean that the pro would kick the **** out of the amatuer. Especially one that boxes like exige.

Now for the guys that sign the contract to fight pro with no amatuer experience, they will be weeded out or busted out very quickly.

I play with the amatuers still and still roll with the pros when at the gym. The experience that I gained through my years pays dividends when working.

Talk all the **** that you want about what I did and how my record stands. Fact being that I got skill, mad skills when compared to those talking the ****. I say atleast first get a bout or 2 in the amatuers before even beginning to talk **** about the pros who came up the right way.

Oh yeah, me against those guys that just shows up and signs for a fight with no experience, they wont even and dont even make it out of the first round.

those guys could fight every month or even more with records like that. They are the guys that managers like to match their boys with to get their feet wet or to gain experience early on. Should they be allowed to fight anymore? Its not for me to answer.................Rockin'

Reggie Strickland is a superb defensive fighter, he barely ever gets hit with anything. The trouble is he doesn't have arms...
