There is an argument to be made for this, and that is from late 2003-early 2006 when Pacquiao was fighting Barrera, Marquez, Moralesx2. if you believe he leapfrogged Floyd in this period when he was fighting the likes of Sosa, N'dou, Corley, Bruselles, Gatti, & Mitchell, and in the subsequent time Floyd hadnt done enough to jump back upto #1 or Manny has done enough to hold him off, then yeah you could consider Pacquiao #1.

I wouldnt necessarily agree with this argument, but it would be a valid one you could make.

There is no way the 2 most boring fighters in the game should be on this list. all you guys talk **** on pacman and floyd, hopkins beat tarver, big deal, tarver has never been that good, jones would of tore him up in his prime. Winky just came off a draw with taylor and a non impressive win over ike quartey who was fighting above his normal weight and just came off a loss against forrest. Pacman has not lost to a top guy yet except in the morales 1 fight, i could care less about his 2 losses in the begginning. Bhop lost his first fight and winky lose 3 early in his career. Floyd has never lost.
      p4p list
FLoyd number 1, pacman number 2, taylor 3( you guys critisize him for fighting jr middleweights champs, why dont you gusy critisize delahoya for fighting a former featherweight champ in floyd ) mosley 4, and jmm 5.
      dumbest post ever....

Pac/Winky/Mayweather all rank 1/2/3 together. They all have their pluses and minuses so I think they are all tied.

        Pac is knocking legends out
Winky is beating so many greats
Mayweather is dominating everyone he is facing

I disagree with both you AND ring magazine for Having SHANE MOSLEY in the top 10

Again, just like PACMAN-MORALES, Vargas was done. And collazo is a very good figher but still... i just dont think it gets him in the top 10.

Id put him in if he beats Cintron though, i think thats who he's gonna fight right?

                    okay... Valero, Juarez, Barrios...

Alright maybe im exaggerating, but while the KO was impressive, it wasnt a shock or anything. If you knew both fighters going in, you knew the outcome.

And in not saying Pacman is a bad fighter. He certainly deserves to be up there. But Both Marquez's were much more impressive in there recent outings.

Pacman Ko8 Solis <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< JMM UD Barrera OR RM TKO7 Vazquez

And against Solis, he stopped the guy... sure... but its NOT the performance that gets you top 2 p4p in the world.

I thought JMM's highly impressive (and in my eyes) dominant win of Marco Antonio Barrera, was comeing out fight of sorts. Something that makes him #3 in the world.

And Rafael Marquez's win over Israel Vazquez (which i used to think shouldn't have gained Marquez too much credit because of the reason of quitting) is another brilliant performance that has him all the way up at my #2 P4P

Winky Will probably take the 2 slot if he beats Hopkins, and that would bump PACQUIOA down the 5.

Am i like, alone on this or is someone in agreement?

And its not JUST because of Pacquioas "so-so" performance, i just thought the Marquez brothers put on far better performances, against FAAAAR better fighters
