Every fighter steps up at some point and I think this guy is made for Pavlik. Mosley had never fought anyone NEARLY as good as Oscar the first time they fought and what happened there? Pavlik is going to beat Miranda's crude ass. I do give Miranda credit for being willing to fight a lot and usually good opponents the last year (except Gibbs he sucks). However Miranda is crude as hell and Pavlik should pick him apart!!

Your logic is off there. Comparing Pavlik to Mosley is ridiculous. Mosley was not only a world champ but the best in his division before he fought DLH. Second all of his title defenses at Lightweight (I think 7 or 9) were won by KO. Mosley was recognized as a top fighter BEFORE he fought DLH & had the resume to back it up. Pavlik is a BIG unknown that has feasted on smaller men (Jr. Middle's) for the most part. Whereas with Miranda we know he can not only punch but can also get off the canvas & close the show & his last several fights have told us he's a solid Middleweight.

I don't think Pavlik can handle a guy who fights with Miranda's intensity. Pavlik has a propensity to get hit with wide, looping shots. Coming up the middle though, isn't as dangerous.

You people need to realize that just because he hasnt faced Miranda's opposition doesnt mean he isnt a better fighter. Pavlik has the power of Green, but he also has much more will. I predicted a Miranda knockout in round 10 and I was almost right, but in this fight I think Pavlik has more than a punchers chance. Miranda is not unstoppable. He was dropped by Green too ya know, and Green was scared ****less all fight.

My only doubt is the fact that Pavlik gets hit with wide looping shots. Zertuche was landing those shots a lot, and Miranda throws those same shots except with much more power. Zertuche also had a good chin to take a lot of Pavlik's shots. Can Miranda take those same punches? Its a pick em fight imo.
