i dont believe for one second that floyd is serious about "retiring" after the dlh fight. ****, the guys is only 30 years old, hes on top of the p4p rankings, hes the biggest name inside of boxing, and hes the fighter everyone wants to beat.

no ****ing way is floyd gonna retire. even if he does, that "retirement" probly isnt even gonna last a year.

If Mosley can get over his 'toothache' problems than maybe.

if floyd wins, as much as yall think he WONT.. he WILL retire

and WILL NOT come back... he's not gonna take any chances of getting a LOSS on his record... he wants to go out on top, undefeated, p4p king.. after this he's done

yall need to wake up and smell the coffee

If Mayweather cares about his "legacy" as much as he acts like than he will keep fighting regardless......He has'nt done that much if you ask me even if he beats DLH that will really only be 1 Huge win for him....he needs a couple more if he wants to be considered an All time great.

                  Nice, Rae.

                  I totally agree.

Mayweather seems to have come off the retirement talk for now..

If I had to guess, the issue came up to begin with because of the underwhelming results of his recent fights and the reflexive criticism.

He hates to be hated on.

If Mayweather really wows against De La Hoya I'd say there would be an improved chance of a Mosley showdown.

But if he wins ugly or there is any excessive booing I say he walks..

Your statement may be true, but he will not care about legacy as much as his unbeaten record IMO. Now if he loses he may keep fighting.

                      DEFINETLY!!!!!!

If mayweather gets some big time exposure by beating up DLH, a Mosley fight makes a LOOOOOOOOOOOT of sense... and money too
