Not really dominance. He beat him handily and without a doubt. He just wanted the fight a whole lot more, came with more of a plan, and showed the ability to take what was available to him.

One thing Holt did dominate was that he made the usually quick handed Arnaoutis look like he had weights on his wrists when it came to comparing speeds. Arnaoutis realized this early, and fought accordingly (scared). This fear was well founded though, and proven in the final round when Holt sent Mike to the canvas. 9-2-1 (with a 10-8) 118-110 Holt.

the fight was slow and very limited action but arnaoutis doesn't look the same in the ring as he did before. i mean, he did the same thing against torres as he did tonight, he didn't let his hands go. i wonder if his head is on straight or if he's getting burned out or something, because his defense, other than a few shots, is on point. he had holt missing a lot during the fight, but he never threw any punches. at first both were showing each other too much respect, but at least holt was throwing punches.

good win for holt, he worked harder and got what he was looking for, a shot at the title. right on.

mike needs to take a look at himself and ask if he wants to be a prize fighter or not? does he want to be a world champ? because his last two fights were there for the taking i think and he let it slip by because he froze or something....... tough titty...........

I think Holt is the mandatory challenger for Torres. If he can stay away from Torres power and box it should be an easy fight for him.

Holt is going to have to use his lateral movement against Torres, not just jump backwards like he did against Arnaoutis. If he just goes back against Torres, Ricardo will just keep following him swinging until Holt hits the ropes or the corner. The man is willing to jump in there. It will be Holts lateral movement, speed, and countering abilities that will carry him. Also its a must Holt stay relaxed.

Torres will actually go after Holt and force a fight unlike Aranoutis. With that said, hes too fast and will likely knock Torres out.
