Yup, according to boxrec this is supposed to happen. My only question is at what weight.

This is basically Vernon's last shot to get back to that elite level. He needs a impressive performance if he wants to get back to that level. His victory over Quartey last year was not impressive at all. He looked very slow and his timing was off. I thought Quartey won the fight.

if this fight happened, id pick forrest by ud.

Forrest was great but got derailed by injuries. if he was prime with no injuries, I think hed beat, maybe KO mayweather at 147. He had great timing.

i think forrest is good and if he beats baldy i think he deserves a shot, although quartey was robbed against him

I agree with you about Vernon beating Mayweather at 147. The 2002 version of Forrest would be a very difficult fight for Floyd. He had great timing, and his hand speed was very good.

The key was his timing though.

I hate it when people talk **** about forrest now. i think his best years were taken away from him because of his shoulder injury.

he can still beat a limited fighter like baldy with his jab and movement.
