Its funny to me that mayweather says that he is selling this fight. He is more and more delusional. I think he is just reallly that insecure that he needs to hear himself talk. He couldn't even sell out the fight with Baldomir. He were barely able to draw over 9,000. It doesn't matter who Oscar fights and he'll sell out fights. I also think it is funny to me that Floyd says that he doesn't think that Oscar will be mentally ready, Oscar has fought in so many high profile fights against elite competition that he will have no problem being mentally prepared. Floyd is the one who has never been in this type of fight. I really think this dude is just that insecure that he has to run his mouth and here himself talk.

Chillout, Mayweather is Just promoting the fight.

De La Hoya was ordinary as anything at those Press Conferences, he made little attempt to promote the fight,

Floyd was the one who had to go into 'bad guy mode' to give the press something to talk about.

The two clearly have a huge amount of respect for each other, Floyd has called Oscar a legend on more than one occasion (EPSN with Brian Kenny)

In the Kenny Interview, he virtually admits his antics were just to sell the fight.

Floyd Mayweather is alot more humble than people think, this guy goes back to grand rapids and buys Thanksgiving dinner with ALL the trimmings for lots of families who cant afford it, (i think he bought 50,000 meals or summin for people, lol) he does this every single year.

He has never taken a single opponent lightly so far, always respecting them to the point where he trains just as hard for Brussles as he does for Judah.

The guy is more Humble than people think.

If you think that PBF is humble, then you are fooling yourself. Just because the guy gives money and helps less fortunate people doesn't impress me. It's like when I give a homeless person a dollar, does that make me a good samaritan? Floyd is a millionaire and for him to give a few thousand dollars is equivalent to me giving that homeless person a dollar. I hate it when you hear stories of celebrities "giving" when we all know TIME is more important than money. Giving of your time impresses me more than anything else.

I have friends in Las Vegas and they say they have seen Mayweather and heard of stories about the guy in strip clubs and beleive me, the guy is in love with himself. He has his name on everything he owns, his clothes, cars, shoes, everything. He walks around with a posse of people and trouble follows him wherever he goes. He revels in the fact he can act like he wants and treats the world with dissrespect.

There's no doubt he's weary of De La Hoya's skill but I don't think he truly repects DLH as a person because DLH doesn't act like a thug like he does. It's sad but most kids now and days (and I know Mayweather is 30) take pride in the negatives in life. If you educate yourself and get out the ******, both physically and mentally, you are considered a sell out.

I know it's a long shot but I really hope DLH knocks this punk out and shuts his mouth forever, so we don't have to listen to the love fest that Mayweather gives himself everyday. His uncle was nicknamed "The Mexican Killer" and was dissrespectful to Mexican fighters and then got knocked the **** out when he ran into Julio Ceasar Chavez and hopefully history will repeat it's self on May 5th.

Since you got on here all you ever say is thug this thug that. Do you know what a thug is, he talks smack and that is it. And if he wants to put his name on everything he has so what, it's his $$$ and he can do what he wants with it whether that going to strip clubs and making it rain or not. You sound like you jealous and you wish you could go to the strip club and put your name on everything.

I would love to see DLH win this fight!! I just think he's past his prime and really hasn't been a full time fighter in years. I still believe Mayweather will win the same way Sugar Ray beat Hagler, punch, hold or run. DLH has a real punchers chance early if he can hit Mayweather solid but the speed and endurance has to go to Mayweather in this one. The class definitely goes to Dela Hoya but class don't win fights.

PBF is great but i dont think he is superhuman in that he can take opponents lightly or heaven forbid not train.
I have heard a lot about how naughty PBF is. So he gives money. He probably feels he has to because he has so much. But you cant buy love can you. You have to earn it by treating people as u would like to be treated yourself. But hey i am sure PBF has friends in this world so obviously there are people who like him.
