no it isnt. he has a win over the champ and was competitive in his loss to serge. with the other competition out there and the fact he holds a win over wlad makes him a legit defense in my opinion

Toney fans were the most delusional ones on this site. I respect Toney but the notion that he would beat legit heavies was always ridiculous.

That's the latest party line, see. Actually the US media masters are pissed because American blacks have been kicked the f out of the heavyweight division! In fact the heavyweight division is the best ever now!

Wlad will KO Brewster in short order. This time he won't be drinking out of strange water bottles. Also, I don't know if Brewster should even be allowed to fight. I heard that he suffered serious eye damage in his last fight.

It is actually getting much better with a lot of good fighters. Too bad they are not american(sarcasm)
And the fight will generate a tonne of interest, especially in germany, but I think in the US as well.

I was actually watching GOLATA-BOWE II yesterday. And i remember that fight and i remember the excitement before the fight. All the attention it demanded from the sports world.

Then i remember the actual fight. And the seesaw action and brutality of a great heavyweight matchup. A fight between 2 guys that knew what they were doing in there.

A fight like that CANNOT BE MADE TODAY and its upsetting. I cant get that excited over a good heavyweight fight again for a loooong ass time

Just cause you only know these fighters does not mean the devision is limited to them. You forget both Klit brothers are fighting now and lots of guys from Europe are coming up. Oh and obviously, Chagaev is better than most of the guys you listed as well.
