Esalas to face Bojado!

Colombian former Olympian Dairo Esalas (28-10-2, 23 KOs) will be opposite Mexican Olympian Francisco "Panchito" Bojado (16-2, 11 KOs) on May 4 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Esalas, a 34-year-old from San Onofre, Colombia, is coming off a ten-round split decision loss to Dominican Edgar Santana on March 10 in New York. Bojado has been inactive nearly three years since a July 24, 2004 split decision to Jesse James Leija. Esalas is an experienced veteran who has fought in Australia, Colombia, Mèxico and US rings against recognized opponents like Josè Luis Cruz, Terrance Cauthen and Nafouel Ben Rabah.

Haha, these morons don't know the diference between a Dominican and a Puerto Rican.

Edgar needs to step it up but, with his last showing, I'm not sure he'll really make the cut at 140. From what I heard, he deserved a draw at best in the last fight but got a home-town decision.
