Oscars regiman looks like he's over training. 6 days of training??? Thats bloody ridiculous, the body needs more then one day to heal. Mayweather looks like he's overtraining aswell, but he looks like hes not overtraining as badly as Oscar... You can tear muscle apart and make it weaker with the kind of training some of them claim to be doing in my opinion. Riping it apart as in bad, not making the muscle stronger but weaker. -
With all else being what looks equal; training, desire, talent, I have to give the edge to DLH. 2 reasons.
1. Better diet
2. Better experience/opposition.
With both being in the same quality of condition, I'd have to say that the diet that Oscar is on has to be to his benefit. It should allow him to be the stronger fighter thru out the fight. PBF is eating whatever he wants, that isn't just a weight issue, it's a health issue, the way I see it.
As far as over training, its still over 2 weeks till the fight, plenty of time to tapper back. Oscar said that so far this has been one of the best training camps he's ever had. It's a non issue in my book.
At Oscar's age the extra training is a must, it takes older fighters longer to get the desired results. It used to be common to train 6 months for a big fight. SRL trained for a year for the Hagler fight. my 2 cents worth....Comment

How come Floyd is still in great shape for eating the **** he eats? I know people like he's burning it off that quick but thats the biggest bull**** in the world. He's 30 something years old, it's not like he can just run alot of miles to burn all that crap he eats off... Do genetics really play a role in our bodies on what we can and cannot eat?Comment
