Who holds the record for being the youngest champ?

What is the record for being the youngest to win a world title? I know of a few guys who've won it at 19, such as Manny Pacquio and Koki Kameda, though of the two Koki was a few months younger, but anyone ever do it at 18? And does anybody know who actually holds the record for being the youngest?

Benitez stunned the boxing world by beating Cervantes. Wilfred won a fifteen round split decision, becoming the youngest boxing world champion in history, at the age of seventeen.

Yes Tyson was the official Heavyweight champion of the world at the age of 20, when he actually unified.

Patterson was champ at 19 though.

Wilfred Benitez became a champion at the tender age of seventeen. If the guy would have more dedication to his career he could have been an all time great.
