    HW Titles: still need unified

Even with chagaev winning, i still want the hw titles unified. it will clean the division up without a doubt. Any other thoughts on unification in the near future?

Yea, it should happen, but i really dont think it will. Atleast not this year. Maybe once things clean up, their will be unifications and we finally get a solid heavyweight division.

If Klit wins tomorrow, a fight between he and the Chagaev-Ibrag winner is for the real heavyweight title. Period. I don't need to see fighters unify 3, 4 46 belts...that's just money stolen from their pockets to feed trashy sanctioning body jackals. I'd be happier if Klit v. Chag/Ibrag was for NO belts beyond Ring's.

I would like someone to unify the four belts, and then throw them all in the garbage and say "from now on only The Ring championship belt will be defended and honoured as the true championship". This won't happen.

The Ibragimov-Chugaev fight is huge for title unification because once one of those guys have two belts, it puts pressure on the other heavyweights to get more than one belt if they want to be regarded as the legitimate champ.
