I was really liking Sultan until he fought to a draw with that fat ,slow piece of **** Ray Austin.......After seeing what Wlad did to him without even using his right hand you have to wonder how good Sultan really is.......Austin also floored him and Austin is a very light hitter for his size....Briggs by KO.

I agree. Although I wouldn't mind seeing Briggs eliminated from the picture, his right hand is too much. Sultan will not get inside without getting tagged.

Ibragimov doesnt fight smart and that culd cost him here. He crosses his feet when he moves left making himself unbalanced when he gets hit. He has a tendency to trade too much when he doesnt need too. I wouldnt be suprised if Briggs beats him we all saw what happend to Liakhovich in the 1st round when he tried to get brave and catch Briggs and got caught pretty good with a couple of shoots that made him stay away from Briggs for the rest of the fight. Briggs is a good counterpuncher and is very dangerous

I think Sultan will win, Briggs has terrible stamina.

Although Ibragimov didn't look good against Austin, he's done better in other fights. Briggs does punch hard, but I think Sultan counterpunches just as hard and more accurately, and Briggs doesn't have a great chin. Lyakhovich was overrated, Briggs revealed that to us. Now it's Shannon's turn to be revealed.

Sultan will beat Briggs on June 2, by mid to late round KO or TKO.

Sultan, and after Sultan kicks the **** out of briggs. Briggs will be a ***got and say his asthma cost him the loss. And not admit that he(briggs) is ****, and should retire from boxing. After the ass beating Briggs got from George Foreman, and they didn't even give it to foreman because they basically forced him to retire... Briggs got a gift decision and was getting his ass kicked by a fat george foreman. **** briggs

the fact that this article actually says "ibragimov and austin was an exciting fight" destroys all credibility the author may have had

it was actually the sorriest fight of the year

yea,,,I was hugely disappointed with sultan that night and expressed it in this forum after the fight.. but he is a totally different fighter when he's in the 220 lb range which he showed against al cole,,mount whitaker and mora. at 231 he was noticably slower,,sloppier,,,and less active. nonetheless briggs will be extremely dangerous to any version of sultan early on but I think as long as sultan is in top shape he can weather any early storm and outwork and stop a tiring briggs. I still have sultan by 7th round tko but he may taste the canvas early
