Why can Nobody beat Winky Wright?

But Wright does the fundamentals very well. He has long arms and he covers up superbly and counters with that straight right better than anybody. He's not flashy and that works for him.

And Vargas shouldnt have got that decision.

No ******* of abuse but there is no ****ing way Taylor beat him.....Taylor was lucky as hell to walk out of there with a draw.Winky beat Taylor in that fight more decisively than Taylor beat Hopkins in either of their fights.

I sorta see your point, for me the jury is still out on him, no doubt he is very skilled defensivley, i would deffo pick Taylor over him in the rematch, and the only reason hopkins is fighting him is because its a good style match-up for Hopkins,

The kind of guy that'll give Hopkins trouble, especially at ths stage, is a volume puncher, which Winky is not, B-HOP will have time to get set and pick his shots in this fight, which is why i pick him to win a UD

in my opinion winky should've won the fight against...if he fought the 12th round different it would've been his for sure...love winkys defense

GOD YOU ALL piss me off. Neither Taylor or Winky one that fight. It was too close, and if winky wasn't a ***** there would have been a rematch. The thing that pisses me off is winky thinking that the fights so one sideded that both fighters left that fight bloody and cut... on their face. And that can't hide the truth that is was a hard fight for both opponents

Posting this video clip again, it seems me and this guy are the very select few who won't suck any of the fighters ****. And this guy favored taylor, but even admits to the flaws of taylor and flaws of winky that night

i cant believe you guys thought winky came close, i have it 8 rounds to 4 for taylor. That was easy, you can give a guy a round for holding his hands up the entire round, i will admit, i thought it was winky's best performance of his life but i dotn think he came close to beating taylor. You dont score defenece, you score offense and taylor was clearly the aggresor.

Honestly, I don't know why everyone can't get along and just admit it was a draw. And a re-match should have been mandatory. But from what I gather from it, winky didn't want a rematch with taylor. ^ cries robbery :P ^

Taylor would beat Winky easily in a rematch imo. Winky isnt going to improve while Taylor is still green in almost every aspect fundamentaly, and has room to improve. I think Ouma would have given Winky a good fight too.

It's simple. Just like the NFL; "Defence Wins Championships". He is very composed and does not gamble. His reach is long and his catch and counter is text book.
