Yeah he has great coordiniation. Also noticed they were doing most of the mit-work with their eyes closed.


Sure he he doesnt think De LA Hoya is gonna play pitter-patter with him, like his trainer is.

I have done mits, and that mit work out is crap. The trainer slaps his hands before he can even get full extension. It's easy to look good on the mits when your trainer is just some silly glove salp bull****.

I didnt see any spoeed IN THIS video. Just some BS mit work. Wasnt even impressive mit work. I can look that good with the same trainer and about a week of mits.


Those are slaps, they wont hurt a fly.


The second Floyd goes in for a combo, he si gonna get a ruuude awakening, cuz sorry to say, OScar just aint that slow.

the whole idea of Floyd mit work is counter work, it's not meant to work his punching power but his reflexes and speed in his hands. Oscar can't even throw a punch or silly slap as you call it as fast as Roger. He too slow!! and you'll see come May6th. I'm taking names down of all you detractors and I'm come look for u.
