cause he has mental problems and max's brother wanted to get the **** away from him since i think they shared an apartment together. And sam who is max's brother told him and he went nutts because of that... The odd thing is that I read some wheres that Sam was a good friend to this guy and that he was trying to help him out. Thats why you shouldn't help crazy people out.
