Is Cotto Underrated

everytime before his fights everyone thinks they are gonna kick his ass .....expose him.......everytime they find its not that easy mallanagi,now zab,quintana,every fighter sees his flaws but yet fell to capatlize on them ........I think hes a good fighter and a little under rated sometime way underrated ....i wonder does he just hit that hard that guys fall off there game plans..........we will see june 9th

he's doing him the same way he did Delahoya ...fighting behind Mayweather... Mayweather beats somebody ...then Cotto beats them...



as soon as cotto meats some really tough solid opponents he will be exposed ...

Some people just resent the fact that he get's so much hype.So virtually ever Cotto fight they say"This is the time he's going to lose"and when he doesn't they say "Oh well,next time,I swear".

Yeh i agree,Cotto is very good for a pressure fighter,everytime hes fighting he controls the pace,IMO some people say his overrated just because hes very popular,hes a star in Puerto Rico and people love agressive body punchers,when he beats Zab people will say,oh Zabs **** now anyway,he was on a losing streak,when he beat a very good boxer in Carlos Quintana,some people said Quintana beat a overhyped Julio

Zab is really a nobody now ... so even if he does beat him, im going to be one of those people who say ... so what? ... why would he want to fight a washed up fighter anyhow? could it be that he's bob arum's *****? I think so... and they want to keep him fighting weak opponents...Cotto needs to fight someone like Shane, Mayweather, Williams, Forrest, Quartey ? ?? ?

I personally would like to see Quartey vs Cotto... I think that would be a good fight.

that would be a good fight but i would have like to seen cotto and margarito to pressure guys fighting........id have to go with tony but you never know with cottos body shots.....alota target for cotto

I think Cotto is pretty good even though he got dropped by Ricardo Torres. Who I thought got a gift decision against Arnoutis and didn't look to good, but everybody has an off night. Cotto came back and won in dramatic fashion which is a credit to him. I think Judah can present some problems, and give Cotto a tough fight. I wouldn't be surprised if Judah won.
