Does anyone know if Vitali's going to take a tune-up before he meets the winner of Maskaev-Peter. I think a tune-up would be good to get rid of some 'ring rust' and gauge what kind of condition he's in.

In all probability, the title fight will be some time in late fall or early winter so there's ample time for an interim fight.

I sure hope he does. would be crazy to go against peter without a tune up. he may be worried about injury and not take one,,,,,who knows for sure
