Exactly! Back up your claims. Calzaghe wouldn't take another meaningless fight... It will be Kessler or Taylor next.

No fight in July? Why not Taylor or Kessler then? WBO would postpone the mandatory if he unified or went for Taylor..

Two bull**** offers to claim he is avoided, and then he runs of to fight less opposition. Now that would be typical.

How is life as a Calzaghe fan these days?

I seriously doubt Calzaghe would avoid any fighter in his division, but i do think that he should have followed Ricky Hatton and severed ties with Frank Warren. Warren is good for fighters to a certain point, but he only really cares about himself and he would serve up (and has served up) plenty of meaningless fights as long at it continued to line his pockets. It took him long enough to get Ricky Hatton into the ring with a great fighter, and there are plenty who believe that Kostya was past his best by the time that fight happened. In this case people will automatically claim that Hatton is avoiding the big fights, but that wasn't the case... He was asking Warren to get him the big fights for years. Frank Warren has to get either Kessler or Taylor next for Joe Calzaghe.

WBO has already said that if Calzaghe fights Kessler or Taylor, they would hold off on forcing him to fight his mandatory.

I wouldn't be surprised if he hurt his hand, cuz I was thinking that had to do with the premature stoppage. Ref stopped it whenever he had a chance so Calzaghe would not continue with a hurt hand. Just a theory
