I dont think Corrales is motivated to be a top fighter anymore and I have to see what Castillo does against Hatton, if they're both past their best which it appears at least one of them is I dont want to see a 3rd fight.

Hatton is the best in the world at 140. To name anyone better at that weight is silly. If Castillo loses to him, it's no big deal. Castillo is an aging fighter who has fought many wars.

He can do what he likes, and have no shame from this point on.

Hatton is by far the best 140 pounder.

There is absolutely no shame in losing to hatton. Especially for Castillo as they seem to get along well.

Corrales absorbed a massive amount of punishment and walked through it until later in the fight.

And Castillo still has the skills and heart and will, he just doesnt have the reflexes or the snap anymore.

Don't count Castillo out yet. We will see exactly what his best is this summer. Rest assured, Castillo will be at his absolute best for the Hatton fight. Then we will know about his reflexes, power, and the extent of his aging.

Corrales will never beat Castillo again, ever.

yeah but castillo was a beast in his prime and wouldve taken hatton out in 10... it just will hurt me that he will lose...still ill back my man el temible to pull the upset...

corrales should hang em up for good...he already has a great hof career, why risk his health...

There is no question he lost the sting on his shots for his last fight. whether he just didnt take the fight seriously or he is ageing is debatable, as he was clearly a bit flabby even though he struggled to make weight...

But i think he lost a lot of pop and that will affect him in the hatton fight. He is still the most skilled laborer on the inside in all the lower divisions, and that will probably allow him to beat hatton. But we will see.

Thats why i say this is gonna be a war. If hatton boxes itll be a war and a great great fight. If he clinches a lot, then Castillo gets his way on the inside and wins easy.

I'm not really interested in that fight any more. Not after the last attempt.
