The great thing about De La Hoya-Mayweather

Is: We know that these are two of the BEST fighters in the world, and that they are both going to be at their absolute possible best. From watching some preview videos of both men and their demeanor, it is clear to me that they will push themselves to the absolute limit in order to win this fight.

    I love it.

I can't wait to see who's work pays off.

There's alot of guys that would give either De La Hoya or even the smaller Mayweather problems at 154. There is alot of guys that could move up from welterweight, maybe even down from middle to fight a Mayweather or De La Hoya.

The fight would have been so much more exciting and competitive had Oscar been in his prime. Either way, Oscar should be in good enough condition to give Floyd some trouble, but not much. Should be an amazing fight. Unless Mayweather gets on his horse....

I dont think it's going to be a very good fight to watch on TV because neither guy is going to want to take the initiative. They'll do some foot shuffling and feignting trying to counterpunch each other to a 12 round descision that will be contested and everyone can complain about.
