    I Can't believe you guys.....

some of you guys thought Manfredo was gonna win and were hyping him up

lmao the guy didn't even deserve a shot at Joe C. He's not even in the same league as him...

but I do agree with you guys that the stoppage was abit too early but he would've finished him anyways

Hes not in the same league as Joe everyone knew that which is why nothing was proved. If you're gonna sign a contract tho at least let them finish the fight, the ref only hurt Joes chances of someone going across seas to fight him. If he wants a big fight he definitely has to come to America now.

True, and mismatches like this one hurt the popularity of boxing, especially since it was on HBO.

No one on here thought Manfredo would win but..COLD!!!
Well maybe a few others. I guess since he is 35, maybe he wants to make a few bucks(quid), and then fight Mikkel. I can't blame him as the Brits get taxed more(I think). If he is serious and comes to the U.S. and fights Taylor/Hopkins/Winky, then we should welcome that.
And we can't say he wanted to stay in europe like that ****stain Sven Ottke, who has an assload of defenses that mean as much as Joes. At least joe wants to fight here

HBO has been showing too much of these kind of fights(Wlad/Austin). I like HBO and grew up watching many of fights on the network. I heard somewhere that the new owner or CEO isn't a huge boxing fan so not as much money goes into HBO boxing like in the past. Also certain marketing plans are not the same.
