is this training video fake or something? he looks fast but like no power at all behind his punches, and people mock joe for his punching power... I'm going to laugh when oscar runs up to floyd and drops floyd on the ground with a right hook/right uppercut.

... He's not trying to throw hard.

Pad exercises enhance your speed / accuracy / reflexes / defense. It's not suppose to be a display of power.

Watch someone hit the heavybag to determine whether they have lots of pop or not.

And although Floyd's power isn't great, I think his punching power is very underrated (especially when he actually puts leverage behind his punches)

You're forgetting that since moving up to Welter Weight, in his last 4 fights, he still has a 50% KO ratio, and was very close to stopping Zab as well.

The only other person he didn't KO was Baldomir, who has a brick wall for a chin.

Exactly he wasn't hitting the pads to show his power.

I think the people that think Floyd is too small for Oscar are going to be in for a bit of a shock. Floyd will not have big power at 154, but he'll have enough that he can hurt Oscar if he can land regularly. Hopefully this will be a good fight, but I think it will probably be extremely cautious from both fighters and won't be really exciting.
I'm one of those who think PBF is too small. We will see tho. Honestly I wont be impressed with either fighter UNLESS THERE IS A KNOCKOUT! The only way to see who truly wins a fight is a win KO or TKO. Done.

Floyd knocking the golden boy out? Are you serious? Not with those slapping shots he throws in his fights, mayweather can't ko/tko oscar. The fights more like this, if Oscar wants to win, he has to keep flooring floyd down. If mayweather wants to win, he has to run around the ring like he always does to win his fights. jab, do some combos back away, if floyd wants to face close to oscar, then oscar has this fight in the bag.

Say no to drugs. Floyd ran against Baldomir if you wanna say that. He didn't run against...

Genaro Hernandez, Jesus Chavez, Corley, Mitchell, Zab Judah, Ndou, or Castillo. He sort of ran one fight in his career. Obviously you haven't seen enough Floyd to talk cuz you don't know what u talking bout.

Great vid, DLH better have a truck coming behind that left hook, & even if he did he'd still have to hope Mayweather is still there after he throws it, I have no doubt Oscar's training harder the ever,It should be a great fight.

Is it me or does Roger look like DMX

umm you do know you can knock someone
out without knocking them out cold
                    its called tko

i can see floyd stoping a tired oscar late
in the fight with jsut landing accurate shot
after shot. or i can see floyd hurting oscar
                    with body shots.

floyd didnt knock gatti out cold
but he still stoped him by punishing him
round after round. nto saying oscar is gatti
but i dont think he can take 12 rounds of abuse
