hopkins and kessler would be even money with calzaghe in my opinion. good fights both ways. joe would get hit quite a bit more than he has in his last two fights in both instances.

yeah, kessler - calazghe would not at all look like calz - lacy. i like lacy but he's a slow one handed puncher, kessler is a fast boxer puncher. kessler's technique is very good, and u can see him thinking in there when he's in the ring. he could beat calzaghe, though if he does he'll probably lose by hometown decision

and hops, the old man is nothing like the bums calz has been fighting lately, Bhop would be one of the hardest fights JC ever had

Both Kessler and Taylor are tailor made for him. Hopkins would be the most awkward for Calzaghe by quite some distance, but even then I'd pick Calzaghe by comfortable UD.

I'm looking around the adjacent divisions and, funnily enough, someone like Froch might be the trickiest opponent among the new breed. It'd be a good old domestic tear up if nothing else, although he's got bigger fish to fry.
