I am glad Manfredo lost that way. I hope people will now realize that boxers from the Contenders are all going to lose when they step up. Personally, I think The Contenders seasons are an insult to boxing, and I refuse to watch it. No self respecting boxer with the talent to become a champion will ever participate in it. Can you imagine Amir Khan or Andre Berto in The Contenders? Of course not. I hope HBO learned their lesson; they thought people would want to watch Joe/Manfredo cause Manfredo got exposure in the reality series. Instead, they got a mismatch. Remember Ishe Smith........... LOL. Mora will suffer the same fate. I really hope this ends the travesty that The Contender represents. Boxing is not a show (like wrestling), it is a serious sport and it should not be made into reality TV.
