Clottey Clobbers Corrales in Decision Win

Joshua Clottey (31-2, 20 KOs) showed exactly why he was the betting favorite in the fight, as he dominated former three-time champion Diego Corrales (40-5, 33 KOs) on route to a unanimous ten-round decision win at the Shrine Mosque in Springfield, Missouri. [details]

Is it just me or did Diego not add any ****ing MUSCLE to his frame? No wonder he got his ass beat, he is all extra water weight(my opinion). Some neck exercise and biger calfs go a long way Diego.
And his spitting out the mouthpiece when he is in trouble is getting to Golota-lowblow-like proportions. Except sometimes Golota would foul when he was actually winning. I loved the trainers "do you want to go to 140, you know I love you right?"...sheeesh.
Diego should build some ****ing muscle onto his frame and fight at 154. He can still hit but his smallish frame, even though he is tall, can't take the punishment.

Call it quits, or fight a prospect at 147 without fast hands, but it looks like he can't take punches from real welters though. I wonder what his next move will be.

he is done for the time being he should take time off then try to fight at 140 is where he should fight if fights at all he should try doing reporting with showtime after he heals up I really like the guy he is always 1st class and honest clottely is just to damn good of a fighter for a comeback fight he is a bad ass he could prob give PBF some trouble

I haven't seen the fight yet, but from the looks of that picture he must have gotten his ass beat. Diego took too much of chance fighting Clottey as his first Welterweight fight. Its sad because he brought us some great fights and fought like a warrior. I hope he makes the best decision for him and his family whatever that may be.
