I envision Corrales being stopped much like Terry Norris was stopped against Simon Brown.

Corrales was knocked down by Mayweather what? 5 times. Can't imagine his chin holds up at welterweigth.

those knockdowns had very little to do with Corrales's chin.

Corrales was never really hurt at all during the fight.

Mayweathers speed was just far to much for Corrales to handle and it really socked him

i with you there and the chin was abit high. and people forget that this same guy who went down on Mayweather jab stood toe-to-toe with Castillo for 10 round fighting Castillo's fight but he doesnt have a super chin just normal package

one of the round in Mayweather vs Corrales Corrales could have thrown more combo to win the fight but he just stalked without the combos when coming in.

as for WW he could have better chin because he will feel more refreash and will be more active, his training is more tech thant losing wieght but dont know about the power.

when is he going to fight?

Clotty’s Holyfield-esq headbutts will definitely play a part

Its not even the fact that Corrales has a below average chin. Its the fact that hes going to be coming forward against a guy who throws a lot of punches and punishes the body. I dont think Corrales is durable enough to take the punishment he is about to take. He even said himself that hes going to abandon boxing all together and just go out there and fight. He was never much of a boxer in the first place though.

One has to wonder given his size if Corrales should have been a WW a long time ago........But given that he was TKOed 3 times as a LW one would think that was the only thing stopping him.
