thats abit over the top, cause he is a great fighter, the most talented of today and he will be remembered, but still, retiring so soon is a waste of talent,he has so much left to offer, beating dlh would just be a stepping stone,he still has the goods to beat the likes of mosley cotto hatton margarito etc. imagine if he did that, which he can,he would go down in history as 1 of the best, its risky yeh,but thats what its all about, hes a potential great, retiring now ruins it all

i mean mayweather has stepped all over dana white, GBP, pacquiao, hatton, castillo, gatti, dlh, mosley, larry merchant (of course), freddie roach, margarito, judah, don king, brian kenny and the list could go on and on

He's going to retire just like Ali retired all those times, over and over again.

          my thoughts exactly.

To many people dont think he's gonna do it for him to back out u know?

I think he'll retire for a year before announcing his triumphant return. It'll probably be around this time next year

He wont refuse the 10-15 mill he will make against Mosley. And if he does hes an idiot.

If he loses, He'll automaticly request a rematch..and if DLH does not accept, then he will say he is scared blah blah, But if he wins he actually might retire..i mean who is there left for him to face? besides mosely? but as you can fckin see--he hasn't really been takin him seriously anyway.

It seems like he's stopped singing the song at the moment..

He's tasting a whole new level of fame and exposure right now.

He has to be thinking about it.

The limelight is some addictive stuff.. This is his first real taste.

I bought the issue of "7" magazine...

He was basking in the attention.
