The one that got away did change me, before I met her I was unconfident, had no self respect at all, little self belief and I was extremely paranoid.

During the relationship I'd built confidence, learnt to respect myself, the paranoia had disappeared slightly (though I still do get a bit paranoid about certain things) and I felt like a changed person.

She's the reason I'm no longer attracted to blonde females, shortly after we'd finished I fell back on a blonde female who wasn't 1/10th of the person she was, brunette women definately have a better aura about them.

Our path's will cross someday, it's inevitable, we have too many mutual friends and visit the same places too often for our path's not to cross.
