Floyd knows how to sell a fight, or at least he knows how he likes to try. He did the same thing before Gatti, Judah, Corrales, etc... and had nice **** to say after. The fact of the matter is that everybody who fights Oscar kind of has to assume the villian role because he is so damn popular with the casual boxing fans of middle America. Vargas was the bad guy. Hopkins was the bad guy. Mayorga was the bad guy (still is though). Now, Floyd is the bad guy. I guess Mosley is the exception to the rule, but that's only because he has no idea how to be the bad guy.

In my eyes De La Hoya has done nothing to promote this PPV at the media press conferences, where he has been duller than dull.

Mayweather is the one selling the PPV at the press conferences with his humourous antics.
