Saskul, Lito Sisnorio's opponent since losing to Manny Pacquiao has fought pretty much nobodies. Maybe thats why his record is so good. I even saw he fought guys that were making their professional debuts and guys that were like 0-10. The Thai fighters must like keeping active because they seem to fight anyone. That's except for the top quality opponents.

This has been a problem for years. Thai officials looking to build up their domestic fighters' records have been importing Filipinos and fighters from other countries with no medical clearance, sometimes under aliases, for quick 100 dollar paydays to get their brains beaten in. The Thai boxing commission is a joke and an absolute disgrace to the boxing community. They are 1 step away from bar room bare knuckle fights in 1800s.
