BBN can today exclusively reveal that Audley Harrison has decided to hang up the gloves and will appear in the next series of “I'm a celebrity get me out of here” in Australia in an attempt to resurrect his public image.
Harrison always one for a bit of publicity will appear on the show hosted by the Geordie pairing of Ant and Dec when it next appears on ITV.
The former Olympic gold medallist who was given many a nickname during his career including A-Farce, Ordinary and Fraudley amongst others went from hero to zero with the British public after the winning gold at Sydney Olympics, losing three times in his last five fights. In his last fight he was kayoed in three by Michael Sprott.
For Harrison it will give him the chance to get re-acquainted with one of his favourite insects, the ****roach, which was how he described Danny Williams prior to their first contest.
