Combat sports vs Other sports

Anyone else only like to watch combat sports like boxing,kickboxing,mma.For some reason I find all other sports boring.I don't know how could someone like basketball,football more than boxing.I just like to watch fighting, its alot more interesting then people playing with a ball.Also do you think the reason why boxing is not as popular as the other sports due to its negative public image.

both, but definitely more towards number 1. a b-ball game or football game is a great experience with family and friends when everyone is packed in the living room. it's something you could share with everyone; we're no longer living in the times when everyone either had a cousin or uncle who boxes, and boxing clubs were as common as street corner liquor stores. team sports has more of a connection between new acquaintances, people at school, work, etc. and mma isn't on a mass appeal as of yet, despite it's diehard niche fan base. the times when the fight game was like that is long gone except for mega-fights which are a rare occurrence. it's a plus being filipino though, every manny pacquiao fight with a top mexican = big time BBQ over at the cuz's house

I love watching combat sports. and i do watch some football and soccer when i can.

I like watching gymnastics but thats about it. I like watching fighting sports because I am fascinated with martial arts and fighting concepts, there's always more you can learn.

I watch a lot of different sports. Even though baseball is my favorite sport to play. Boxing and football are my favorite to watch.

Wrestling has always been my favorite sport to engage in. But for the sake of discussion grappling/MMA has roots embedded.

I was a pretty formidable HS wrestler at one point in time.

Boxing is heads and shoulders above any other combat sports but I like MMA as well.Pride Fighting Championship is fun to watch as is UFC but I think Pride may be a little better.Still boxing is my favorite sport and everything else is second.
