Im really curious i went to the webpage but it says nothing about how you qualify, or if you have to qualify even. Anyone with any info please share.

Forms: All forms and packets will be mailed out to USA Boxing registered clubs in July, 2007. Forms will also be made available on the www.nationalpal.org web-site at that time.
The National PAL Boxing Championships are an open tournament. Coaches are required to be USA Boxing certified and registered in their respective USA Boxing Association. The Chairman of National PAL Boxing reserves the right to limit the number of entries for each team.
The National PAL Championships is an open tournament and serves as an automatic entry into the USA Boxing U.S. Championships and, during Olympic years, to the U.S. Olympic Trials.
Please be on the lookout for the complete entry and information packets either through the mail or posted on this web-site.
As always, we look forward to seeing the best and the brightest in amateur boxing on display at this years National PAL Boxing Championships in Oxnard, CA. during the first week of October, 2007.
