Darchinyan late round TKO -
Its certainly WAS an excellent matchup but Castillo appears to be heading down hill.
I believe he was stopped in his last fight against a guy I dont even recall and I know I was dissappointed watching him in his rematch against against Munoz...he just didnt look as good as I remembered him to be. (besides how do you get a shot at Vic when you were stopped in your last bout?)
Vic v. Jorge, this fight on paper may be the best style matchup in our sport and if Arum wants to wait on it on account of his disinterest in working with Gary Shaw then that is sad. (who gives a **** if Shaw is annoying to work with)
Arum has been preaching the last month about how he and King hated each other but when push came to shove they made the big fights because thats what the fans wanted.
Arum has been shoveling alot of **** GBP's way and some of it is deserved but if this fight doesnt happen within the next year Arum needs to shut his mouth about being a "fans" promoter because this is the ULTIMATE fans fights.

Depends on which Castillo would turn up, he was **** against Munoz and Ishihara (both rematches) and of course lost his last but looked so good against Eric Morel.

Right now I would have to go possibly with Darchinyan, Castillo should try to get a rematch with Nashiro.Comment

I think Castillo would give him trouble early on, but Darchinyan would catch him a few times and it would be all over. The two matchups I want to see Darchinyan in are against Arce or Wonjongkam. The bad thing is that these fights are gonna be hard to put together. The promotional problems with Arce and then Wonjongkam doesn't leave Thailand or Asia and just fights no names and mandatories. Please for boxing fans Arce vs Darchinyan needs to happen.Comment

This would be a good fight. I think the same Castillo that outboxed Alex Munoz(first fight) and Eric Morel would beat Vic.
But recently Castillo has refrain from his boxing skills to just standing there and brawling some. Which I personally didn't like myself. he said " I guess the Mexican came out of me"
But with Castillo having this long layoff and still young. I was able to talk to him and convince to go back to what got him his world title. To box. So, I expect Castillo to go back to that. He will have a tune up fight in April, to work off the ring rust. And hopefully a showdown with Arce inn July.Comment
