Come May 5th Oscar will beat mayweather!

Oscar de la hoya is too strong! Floyd has never felt power like the one Oscar posseses !Floyd brags about being very very smart in the ring but when he couldnt figure out a way to stop castillo in there first fight. Some boxing fans well atleast mayweather fans say floyds power is underestimated but he hit el matador chaved tons of clean shots and therefore chavez was still pressuring floyd.Floyd has no power!!! Oscar is a smarter fighter than floyd!!

Love Oscar but don't think he can pull this one off. He is NOT the same fighter he was a few years ago, He's now a businessman and golfer and PAST his prime as a boxre. I do agree that the definitely has a punchers chance but thats it. I see Mayweather runnin g a throwing quick in and out combos stealoing round after round winning a decision with the crowd Booing.

Just wait till May 5th. All this theory is just getting silly. Both fighters can win this fight, both are great in their own way. Oscar has given us some great fights over the years and so fizzers too. Floyd is some times too good. I like both fighters for different reasons.

There's a reason why the top boxing experts consider PBF to be P4P the best in the sport.

Although, not considered a shut-out match for either fighter, a majority of top fighters and boxing writers give Floyd the edge in this fight, perhaps due to DLH's recent showings and time off in between fights.

I think DLH has more to prove in this one than in any of his other fights, which will make it that much more interesting to watch.

**** the critics! The fact is Floyd is feather fisted. He always seems to hurt his right hand which his most effective punch comes from. Knocking Oscar out is something I don't see him doing. Hurting his hands by attempting to engage Oscar is something I do see him doing. I watched that round table interview with Floyd and he downed Oscar for fighting Chavez and Pernell when they were both beyond their primes. Well, what the **** is he doing by fighting Oscar. His best years are surely behind him and yet Floyds saying this is the fight that will stamp his legacy. Stamp it as what? A fighter that finally reached his prime and gets the mainstream watching and walks away with great fights with fighters that are in their prime on the table. Fighters like Cotto, Wright, Paul Williams, come on man. Even if he wins in my opinion he's not the best pound for pound fighter of all-time!!! With that said he's still the best fighter right now with a lot more to accomplish.

Floyd probably won't engage with Oscar. He isn't going to trade unless Oscar doesn't have the power to hurt him or is too slow. Floyd has the skills to do well with an injured hand. He would still probably throw it every now and then. I don't see gloves being an issue since he's trained with 20 oz before. He still does have more he can accomplish though.

I'm still picking Oscar by SD.

Nobody is going to get knocked out, so lets get that straight. Also I think there's going to be a huge amount of controversy and an immediate rematch will ensue afterwards. I'm thinking DLH/Mosley all over again, except Oscar having a better showing in the first bout.
