This could be a good movie if Pac can get one more big fight he can face the winner of Marquez and Soto who will now have more exposure. Either way big fights are on the horizon.

Believe it or not guys, I think Arum maybe looking out for the best interest of PAC.If the promoters cant agree, which is the most likely scenario here given the status of Top Rank and GBP, the fight will go to a purse bid.In that case, Its going to be 70-30 split of the purse in favor for the champ, or in a best case scenario for PAC, its 55-45...I think Arum cant accept it if JMM gets the bigger slice of the pie.Lets get real guys, PAC is the star here.He puts butts in the arena and sells PPV's with or without JMM.So he should by all counts get paid higher. But that wouldnt happen under the WBC champ-mandatory setup.

So...By having Soto face JMM, Arum has a fighter who can live with a 70-30 purse split and actually has a legitimate chance of winning.Imagine if Soto ends up with the belt, then Arum can stage PAC-Soto fight and completely boots GBP off the picture.

Honestly guys, I kinda agree with old Bob's manuever here.Have JMM face Soto, then have PAC go for another title holder. In the event that JMM wins against Soto, and PAC gets another ABC belt, then they can arrange a unification bout but this time, PAC's camp wouldnt be tied to the WBC mandatory purse limitations. ;P
