Ironically, he would later be stopped by a black fighter named Hopkins.....by a bodyshot.
To elaborate he said black fighters can't take body shots cause they have no heart. It was in the Ring and got very little press. More proof he is an A plus ****sucker and phony. A sportsman no. I have mentioned he said that before and you are the only other person I have seen repeat it.

I never knew he said this..... what a punk.

His career is illegitimate, anyway. He's nowhere near as great as he was hyped to be in his amateur and early days.

Shane Mosley.. but its hard for me to admit that about a guy who lets his wife dominate him like that.

Shane's more of a soft guy than a straight up sportsman, IMO.

Tyson used to that too, he was definitely a sportsman in the 80s. He checked to see if they were alright and never spoke badly of them afterwards.

No, he whines too much after the fights and makes excuses and talks about "investigations" in addition to some of his comments that were stated above.

Not that it was related to a boxing match, but his comments about Bob Arum were rather offensive as well.

He's got that Dr. Jekkyl and Mr. Hyde type thing about him.

Sometimes it's just an act or public persona, but most people that've met him or know him say he's a pretty nice and soft spoken guy. Then in the ring he turns into a sadist.
