Great thread....well my votes have to go to the following:

One to Oscar for deciding at 35 years old and giving that he fights once a year to fight the best boxer on the world who is still in his prime in Floyd Mayweather Jr.. Floyd will embarrass Oscar in a boxing clininc...Oscar will not win a round. 12-0 for Floyd...in a Gatti like beating for Oscar.(Yea I said it)

Another vote goes to Cotto...What the hell was he thinking in fighting Judah.

Another vote goes to Diego Corrales for steping in the ropes with Joshua Clottey in his first welter weight fight. what the ****??? he will get his ass beat......badly.

And last but certainly not least a final vote to Margarito for fighting Paul"The Punisher" Williams....Margarito has absolutely no advantage whatsoever other than experience. Paul Williams wanted his ass for a reason because he knows he will steam roll him. Williams set the trap for Margie and made him look like a coward when marg questioned fighting Paul...Margie took the bait and Paul will take his head off.

I picked Mora vs. Calzaghe not because I think it is a bad move that he's fighting him.It's a big payday and if he can believes that he can beat JC and he does upset JC it would be huge for Manfredo.I picked that fight because I think after the fight Manfredo will know that it wasn't the right move for him.

Mayweather vs. De La Hoya. De La Hoya has so many amatuer bouts, and so much more experience then mayweather. I forget what it was but I think I over-heard it when fighting in fight night rounds 3... Correct me if I'm wrong but I think De La Hoya has had over 300 amatuer bouts in his career. I hardly doubt mayweather has that kind of experience. This is a dumb fight for mayweather to take, because theres a good chance that Oscar could embarrass floyd. Which is why I'm going to be happy when floyd gets his ass kicked. That way every moron who has ever said floyds the best. Will be shocked.


I'm going to be far from shocked, personally I think floyd got a gift decision against castillo in their first fight. Which was such robbery in my opinion, but hey this is boxing it's going to happen. In their rematch floyd beat the crap out of castillo dropping him many times.

it was the right move for him. He probably gonna make decent money off this and if he puts up a good showing he might even get some decent money fights in the future. If he gets his assed kicked then it won't really matter becasue that's what most people thought would happen anyways. Even after that he will probably get more opportunities because he is a recognizable face.

Thats why it was dumb for Mora to back out of the fight with Taylor, because he may never see that kind of payday again or that opportunity for the title again. I personnaly didn't want to see the fight, but he should have followed through with it and fought. Now this opportunity may never be there again.

i cant decide who made a dumber move, nard or winky, i mean at 160 winky wouldve won, but he is being dumb for giving so much advantage to hopkins, and hopkins made a good move on luring winky to fight him whith all advantages to him, but winky is so good that theres a good possibilty it will blow on nards face....
