Just who is the Jr Middleweight Champion of the World?

Do you consider Oscar DeLaHoya as the Jr Welterweight champion because of his name and destruction over non linear champ Mayorga?

Do you see Travis Simms as the JWW Champ because he seems to be the most talented of the young talent at this weight?

Do you see Spinks as the champion?

When I think about it, Spinks seems closest...lol

though I think this is one of those cases where no one is the #1 champ until there is some unification...

I mention Spinks as he beat Karmazin who beat Ouma. Many considered Ouma to be second only to Winky at the time and Karmazin was an undefeated and tough fighter who surprised Ouma.

Either way, Winky left the void and usually that void isn't replaced until there is unification.

I dont think any is the champ. Ouma was the most regarded out of the bunch when he was champ. And Spinks hold his title now, so i would agree that Spinks is the best champ, but not the undisputed champ.
