How exactly does training with an MMA fighter help Oscar? Every MMA fighter has a very basic, unpolished stand up game. Diego brings nothing to the table that benefits Oscar. The only one benefitting from this is Diego, as facing a good boxer will do wonders for his stand up game...

Oscar is in for the most one sided loss of his life...

There was no MMA specific training involved if you watch the video. Cardio, and endurance, is what you saw. Being around Sanchez is good for Oscar, Diego is a very intense young fighter. Floyd has probably been doing the same old things, day in and day out. Sometimes ya gotta mix it up to get it just right.

Thank you for explaining this to the not so bright people of this forum.

Oscar is going to be in great shape for this fight. He was told if he can catch that chicken, he will be able to catch floyd. So far Oscar has caught the chicken 3 times After he catches the chicken, he taps the chicken in the beak then the chicken runs around wobbling. Run Floyd Run!

Here we go again with more outright ******ity in these threads.

Sanchez works as hard as Oscar does at training. There are certain exercises he does that are part of a different circuit, and for you to just express your hatred for MMA by saying something as ****** as: "Oh there's no advantage in training with an MMA fighter, but there's an advantage for an MMA fighter to train with a boxer".

It's ******ed, and unjustifiable. There are things I'd hazard to guess Sanchez knows about strength training and other circuit tactics that could give Oscar an edge in power for the Floyd fight.

Have you ever stopped to think that power comes from circuit training? that's high intensity strength training and that's something that would definitely help Oscar against Floyd.

Also what's all this nonsense whining and bull****? From the video all we deduct is they are a pair of running partners and no more. I highly doubt Sanchez is rolling around on the floor with Oscar anyways, that's in your imagination.

Oh and thanks for taking the time to chime in once again and express who you think will win the fight in May.

this is absolutely a good thing for Hoya. It shows he is still having fun, feeling no pressure while training very intensly for a fight in which he has to be in top shape. If he can get in top shape and bring that fire half the fight is won.

I also read in the newspaper that he was sparring with Ivan Calderon...

And Sanchez is also a better fighter than people give him credit for.

As evidenced by his fight with Diaz, and his quick right hand and then knee to the head destruction of Riggs..... who should have been nowhere near that weight and was twice Sanchez size, having moved down from heavy.

But Oscar has to realize he's going to have to knock floyd the **** out and make sure floyd doesn't get the **** back up, unless he wants to be robbed like castillo was in floyd vs castillos first match.
