They are trying to give him a showcase fight like his father had with DLH.....but Gatti would beat Jr.........DLH battered his father because he was/is the real deal......I am not sold on Jr. although he does have nice skills.

Is it to early to have Jr in there with someone as experienced as gatti????!?!? I think so, they might ruin any potential the kid may have.

IF this is true then this is a big step up for Chavez jr. Gatti has the experience and ability to put this kid to the test. I'd be worried for the young Chavez.

yeah its time for JR to step the competition up and not fight some bum driver again who has a record or 8-5 and fights at 6rounds that plain record padding on his part just like his dad although his dad's comp during the latter years of his career were defintely hall of fame material..

gatti up against a maliggnagi or ndou or hatton will have major problems and headaches.
                gatti should retire soon.
i see it the same way.
dont know where posters for chavez jr. are coming from.
chavez has looked good against tomatoe cans.feel he wouldnt even make second cut on the contender show.
